New York City Heating Plant Inspections
If you own or manage a building that consists of 6 or more units, or you own or manage a building with commercial space, you are required by law to have your boiler inspected annually. Bluewater can perform the inspection, make any necessary repairs, and file the forms required by the New York City Department of buildings.

This is a typical installation of a Peerless™ steam boiler in Queens, New York. This boiler was installed complete with one steam header and a hot water basement zone all in one day. With our calculations, we were able to install a boiler that was much smaller than the old, outdated boiler. Notice the footprint of the old boiler on the floor. This project required special attention due to the small doors leading into the space and the close proximity to the water meter. We were still able to complete the installation without a scratch on the doors, boiler, or water meter.
